I am Roger Guy Beaumont, known as Guy by everyone. I am a British Nordic Ski instructor, one of only 3 British instructors to be fully licensed by the French
authorities to teach cross country skiing in France. I hold the highest national qualification in Nordic skiing instruction, Level 3 ISIA issued by the British Association of Snowsport
Instructors. I have been teaching Nordic skiing since 2007.
I am a permanent resident in the Giffre Valley, Haute Savoie, France; just one hour by car from Geneva Airport. The Giffre Valley is located between the Grand Massif (Flaine, Samoëns) and Portes du Soleil (Morzine) ski areas. The Giffre valley has extensive Nordic ski trails and offers easy access to many other cross country ski sites ranging from 660m to 1840m of altitude, catering for all abilities from beginner to expert.
If you wish to explore the mountains in peace and tranquillity, or push your fitness limits and increase your VO2 Max, cross country skiing can cater for both.

Enquiries from clubs or groups are welcome.
